Good people and policies in place.

Cons

Too top heavy in senior management. Very silo'ed in how decisions are made and shared among departments. Same sets of Senior Management in each dept. doing very similar work not sharing with other departments/Business Units. Management tends to defer making any decisions so as not to rock the boat.

Great people great environment a good place to work. Salary is not so great as at other O@G companies but is decent

Cons

Huge problems a lot oh team leads, coordinators, juniors managers,seniors managers. Juniors VP,Seniors VP all of them just running from responsibilities. Some times for a project could wait months for approvals even for a simple work. Meetings for nothing just bla bla bla trying to avoid any decision and passings the responsibility from one to others.. just to build a 500 m pipeline was 3 time more expensive then.......(other company) and took 4 months for approval. We are partners with them in that area and they did it in 2 weeks 3 times cheaper..

Manager was overly bossy, had me do her job most of the time like making orders, handling business over the phone while at the same time i was handling customers and cash at the till.
