Power engineers get great retention bonuses and performance bonuses. Roughly %15 for retention and up to %15 for performance...

Cons

Maintenance personal get only performance bonuses. And it seems as if maintenance personal don’t contribute to production rates. And no overtime for maintenance

No chance to advance without connection.. Managers should go back to school 80% are 0 professional .in my group one manager with field experience .is the only person that is understanding this business all the rest are there just because are playing golf.. so concluding if you are a good golf player great chance to be promoted if not must find other company ..

Cons

Again management... after 2 years still all manager are there but at list 25% off great geologists and engineers was layoff .

-Good people at the ground level - Good benefits - Very diversified to get different experience (if you can break through the silos dividing the groups) - Good place to start out

Cons

-Compensation is designed to be middle of the pack, no incentive to try harder -Calgary Management is disconnected and toxic. This has permeated to lower level management and is being rewarded - Silo's between groups and poor communication
