Pretty good

Pros

The money was pretty good, access to gym on site. Work reasonably challenging and the supervisors are general pretty nice.

Cons

Fast paced, big company so you only get to see one part of the financials in most cases. Not always upfront about expectations, don't set up to succeed that well.

Not a great place to work...

Pros

- Some supervisors were good and provided challenging work assignments - Benefits and compensation were great!

Cons

-Upper management appeared to be too political and secretive. Also, management appeared to have big egos. -A lot of power tripping by management -Performance review process is too subjective -Many staff members did not appear to be that strong technically. Errors were quite prevalent on a day to day basis, which required extra time to correct. -Things are done slowly, and it seems like this is tolerated. -Company seems to be somewhat of a "touchy feely" company, and you have to behave accordingly. This can get tough for some people.

IS is dysfunctional

Pros

my coworkers are fun to work with

Cons

I had come here as everyone on my team has mentioned there are reviews going up on IS. This seems like the only way people can say what their thoughts are. I have to say what I have read is reflective of everyone I know. It is a shame to see our senior managers take people to advantage. I thought abusive treatment was not allowed. I can tell exactly what the one message was about the "Bully Manager" I have seen this myself at work. With the recent promotions I am even more at odds with this company as it is obvious promotions are not based on good work and respect for integrity. I now know it is about who will not get the management in trouble or raise issues. the true political players who can lie, cheat, and play the game get the prize. Play the game is expected but only tolerable when there is some fairness. It is a true manipulation by this leadership and the bully approach
