Pros
I've gotten to know everyone over the 3 years i've worked there and it's a very friendly place. It's like a second home. Everyone invites you in and it's very easy to become friends with everyone. They work VERY well with your availability and when you want to transfer to a different department or learn something new they usually are very willing to work with you. They are all very costumer oriented and have high expectations on how you should treat people.
Cons
There are some very nice upper management but there's also a lot that aren't. they tend to be angry half of the time and so that puts everyone else in a bad mood. And with so many managers no one really knows what's going on. One will tell you to do one thing while the other will say no, they were told you have to do it a different way. They don't have very good communication.
