Pros

Recognizable hospitality brand that people think, Otherwise NONE

Cons

My experience in the Digital Technology group was marked by poor management and a biased work culture. My manager, promoted mainly due to personal connections rather than merit, was a micromanager who often took credit for others’ work. Despite promises of meaningful roles and projects, I was assigned to tasks from a dissolved vertical with little support or transparency. * Favoritism in management promotions * Discriminatory treatment of certain employee groups contributed to a hostile workplace. * Broken promises on projects and responsibilities * Lack of transparency and trust * Teams undergoing restructuring all the times

Pros

• Some hardworking and dedicated team members who genuinely care about the guest experience. • The hotel itself has potential with its location and infrastructure.

Cons

• Leadership at hotel fosters a toxic, fear-driven culture. • Excessive favoritism toward certain departments and individuals, while others face unfair scrutiny. • Write-ups are used as a first resort for minor infractions, replacing coaching and development. • Gossip and disparaging remarks about current and former employees are normalized by leadership. • No meaningful training or development opportunities; career growth feels impossible. • Employees are publicly criticized for survey results. • Emotional well-being and job security are constantly at risk due to unpredictable and punitive management behavior.

Pros

The work is interesting and you'll learn alot.

Cons

I started a little over a year ago and there have been 2 widespread layoffs during that time (The last set of layoffs was 2 weeks ago). We've had multiple townhalls since the layoffs where leaders from various teams have to show why their team is critical to ongoing operations. There is definitely an atmosphere of fear. Everyone's on edge, stressed and tired. During the interview process, I was told all the great things the company was doing to be competitive in this challenging economy. None of it was true. I have no trust in their vision so I put in my 2 weeks notice. Management is also quite toxic: Favoritism, power games run rampant here. I'm surprised the company has a 3.9 rating. I'm guessing quite a number of the reviews are fake.
