      Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      The occasional free bagel or donut.

      Cons

      Unorganized, unprofessional, poor management and even worse HR. Watch out for the office politics as they will be your downfall. Management is extremely degrading and demoralizing, insulting employees in a disrespectful manner intentionally humiliating them as they do it in front of the entire office. When reported, employees get let go. HR defends management instead of supporting employees who are infuriated with this toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Insurance rates have not gone up in the past few years.

      Cons

      Toxic culture causes hard working employees to quit. Pay is lower than average for job, and raises do not keep up with inflation. No visibility on how pay raises are calculated. Turnover is high. Leadership/Upper Management is incompetent and do not take the time to understand or care about the repercussions of their actions/direction. Everything is a priority and needed to be done yesterday. No teamwork between departments. No warehouse etiquette. Everyone just puts whatever they want anywhere they want. Overtime is often and necessary to meet management goals so employees get overworked and burnt out. No A/C or cooling in warehouse/manufacturing floor and can get up to 80-90 degrees F and humid. Only source of cooling is drinking cool water and fans. No heavy machinery to cause excess heat either.
