Pros

Hydrafacial is a great treatment.

Cons

The current executive leadership has made one bad decision after another, and they refuse to listen to the people who helped build this company. They have gotten away from caring about the customer, when that’s actually one of the many big things they need to do to be successful again. DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. Unfortunately, it seems to be a sinking ship, as the leaders seem to be doing nothing to help the situation. Your entire staff is devastated to see the company they helped build be destroyed.

Toxic with unfit leadership

Pros

People that are below leadership level are genuinely nice to work with and want to do good for the company. Fast paced environment was a positive for me personally.

Cons

Bloated and inexperienced leadership team. Too many senior level hires that do not know how to manage people. Very politically charged. No trust. Poor decision making. Does not value employees and will throw you under the bus at any moment.

Pros

Some coworkers are so smart and became family. The free Hydrafacial when you can get it. Remote work.

Cons

They never use to let people go with the old CEO. People were quitting because it was badly organized. Now with the new one they get laid off and the style is “don’t let the door hit you in the way out”! It’s a weekly occurrence where you find out a coworker is no longer there. No one cares if you are gone either. Very political at the top and as you read before, if you aren’t in the click, you are out. I was there 2 years and the strategy changed weekly. It’s exhausting trying to navigate and stay productive. I find it ironic that the answers to investors are always wishy washy and people haven’t opened their eyes yet? You can try it out but you have been warned.
