      Pros

      Make sure you are friends and connect with the right people. They will help you get promoted.

      Cons

      Leadership is unprofessional. Be sure to complain if you want a pay increase. They do not pay fair wages to the people that do all of the HARD work. If you speak up for yourself, you will be doomed. There is a leader there Alex, he is not to be trusted.
