      Pros

      Some coworkers are so smart and became family. The free Hydrafacial when you can get it. Remote work.

      Cons

      They never use to let people go with the old CEO. People were quitting because it was badly organized. Now with the new one they get laid off and the style is “don’t let the door hit you in the way out”! It’s a weekly occurrence where you find out a coworker is no longer there. No one cares if you are gone either. Very political at the top and as you read before, if you aren’t in the click, you are out. I was there 2 years and the strategy changed weekly. It’s exhausting trying to navigate and stay productive. I find it ironic that the answers to investors are always wishy washy and people haven’t opened their eyes yet? You can try it out but you have been warned.

      Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      The occasional free bagel or donut.

      Cons

      Unorganized, unprofessional, poor management and even worse HR. Watch out for the office politics as they will be your downfall. Management is extremely degrading and demoralizing, insulting employees in a disrespectful manner intentionally humiliating them as they do it in front of the entire office. When reported, employees get let go. HR defends management instead of supporting employees who are infuriated with this toxic work environment.

      Constantly undermined Opinions and ideas not valued Disgusting outlook on management No duty of care The whole company is toxic, wouldn’t go near it They have a mean girl, micromanagement technique.
