Absolutely nothing was a pro.

Cons

The HR department is a joke. They turn a blind eye to the real problems going on in that company because in fact they are at the center of them all. They play favoritism and spread gossip . The top “leaders” are the core of the toxicity on that team . Wonder why they have so many reviews? They practically beg you to write a review but be careful ,write something they don’t like and they’ll reach out to Glassdoor to get it removed , citing it’s against the guidelines. They love to claim how fast paced the company is - that’s all a joke too. It’s not fast paced at all- rather they do things without any thought and then have to pivot quickly or re-do all together to avoid a full on disaster .

They have lots of social events and monthly they will buy lunch.

Cons

Lack of integrity. Unrealistic expectation by Sr managers. Very high turn over.
