      Poor Management by Managers Jockeying for Position

      Pros

      Good healthcare benefits, even for pets. Smart marketing. Free goodies. Profits.

      Cons

      Slow to promote. Hire from outside. Low morale. Frequent changes. Talk to customers about new products and quality ... do own research. Hard work often goes unrecognized. Short term vision. Management is smart but incompetent.

      Outstanding company!

      Pros

      Open, meritocratic culture with a leadership team who really lead the values. Hybrid working culture, diverse team and solid benefits. Plenty of opportunities for growth if you dive in and take the challenge. Management are very open and accessible.

      Cons

      Systems are not great. We are a small company, growing fast and in finance until now a lot was in Excel.

      So much potential and opportunity!

      Pros

      The environment is fast paced, with a ton of opportunity to share new ideas, create new processes, and establish best practices to scale internationally. If you're agile and nimble, and love building things, this is a great place to work. Plus, the product is the best, so it's easy to have a lot of passion for what we do. They have some great training programs for new joiners that are super helpful and impressive, regardless of your role in the company. The company embraced remote/hybrid work for some corporate roles in 2022, which opened up a career at BeautyHealth to those like me who live outside of the Long Beach, California area.

      Cons

      If you're not a "builder" or find it hard to adjust to change, this could be a challenging environment for you to really thrive in.
