      Dress attire is casual for the most part Pay can be decent depending on title Some departments can contribute to a good work environment If you have the drive and networking skills you can move up in the company

      Can be cliquey Health benefits could be better high employee turn over

      Pros

      Co-workers are nice, some upper management are nice, 401K benefits are great, tons of free food and swag. Great product and most customer are easy to work with.

      Cons

      There are a few in upper management that don't communicate well at all. Lots of clicks and favorites. Very few are involved in adding innovation. HR is good but at times listen more to upper management then employees who have concerns. Sweep issues under the rug or but on back burner. It is also hard to move up. Moving sideways is easy.

      Beautiful product, education team is fantastic, machine is affordable and has a great ROI

      Cons

      Leadership does a poor job in developing their field team. Have 1 bad month and your feeling as though you need to start looking for another job.
