I enjoyed working here because of the great work/life balance I had. Learned a lot from working with various teams and departments. Fast paced environment! Great company culture, always coming up with events and ideas to gather everyone. Fun and great perks in working here.

Cons

There's always cons no matter where you go! It's a matter of perspective and knowing what works and doesn't work for you. They still had some growing pains when I was there and I witnessed some challenges but again I think it's all about perspective.

If you want to grow here you have to be favorited by the director/HR. Its so many politics in this corporate office. Gossip, favoritism and Diva mentalities, Which is ironic since thats what we go against. Its Tolerable because of the friendly environment but prepare to be overworked, treated like a robot and not a human, paid in donuts, bagels, pennies, nickels and dimes lol literally cents for annual raises when we made millions a week. Basically expect nothing. Theres no opportunity for growth.
