      Pros

      The HydraFacial treatment, and consumables are amazing. It is awesome to work for a company that manufactures a line of products that you truly believe in.

      Cons

      The HydraFacial Company went through many changes in 2017. The once fun, fast paced, kind, and exciting enviroment has disappeared. The heart is gone. The new "Executives" are unprofessional, immoral, and demeaning. The Human Resources Department is TOXIC. Notice that the good reviews shown here are by employees who have worked for the company less than a year. The turnaround here is embarassing. If you want to work for a company with an amazing product, then HydraFacial is a great choice. However, if you care about your dignity, and mental health, DO NOT.

      Pros

      I really feel like my voice is heard here, and I cannot say that with other companies that I have worked for in managerial positions. The team, the product, the culture are all 1st class. This is NOT a job for the lazy though... HF is fast-paced and will keep you on your toes. They really have created an open and honest environment where you can challenge yourself and grow within this organization.

      Cons

      As referenced above, the fast pace and constant change is not a great fit for everyone. You have to roll with the punches and be flexible. Those who need a lot of structure and direction will struggle in this environment.

      Pros

      Amazing culture! It feels like you're just at home and everyone's family. Nice office's, stocked kitchen for coffee and tea. Great events such as coconut water day (someone came just to cut open a fresh coconut for you, pretty awesome), fun quarterly all hands meeting, free facials, and so much more. Everyone that works there is amazing, and overall it's a great work environment.

      Cons

      How can there be any cons for such an amazing place? Well, of course there's cons. Upper management isn't really looking out for everyone else. Not much growth opportunity either; the company is growing like crazy, and they prefer to hire from the outside rather than promote within. Also, with all the rapid growth it's a bit messy so they make it seem like if they hire someone with years of experience all their problems will go away. There's so many Pros to this company, but also so many Cons at the same time.
