      Great people and culture! If you like a fast pace with lots of autonomy it is a great place to work.

      Pros

      It is a great place to work and grow. It is fast paced but that is because the company is growing so quickly. There is a great fun culture - everyone works hard but there are also a lot of laughs. It is a community where people have your back - there are not silos like other companies.

      Cons

      As mentioned it is fast paced. If you like that and like to be challenged it is a great place to work. If not, it is probably not the right place to work.

      Pros

      I've never felt the type of energy that I do working at HydraFacial! There is a constant fast, exciting pace to continuously push the company to the next level and everyone plays a critical part. Ideas are encouraged and execution is expected. Great culture and values!

      If your'e not looking to work hard, then this company won't be a good match for you.
