Pros

Opportunity to work closely with sales, training and marketing. Great esthetic treatment. Hardworking people.

Cons

Not transparent with product issues. Unqualified, undeserving people receiving promotions because they are friendly with upper management, TOXIC work environment, values are preached and not followed.

Pros

The only pro i can think of would be getting a free facial quarterly, but even that is not great because the product is not as good as it is made out to be.

Cons

Lots of restructuring lead to a toxic work place with a lot of micro management from upper management. I have never experienced a workplace where everyone collectively talked negatively about the current status of the company and was looking for a way out any way possible. I was relieved to no longer be employed with this company.

Pros

Constant change, fast paced, brand recognition, wonderful training and education team.

Cons

Lack of communication and transparency. Recent hire prior to furlough in March, no transparency on desire to be acquired by larger PE firm. 2 weeks of pay for furloughed employees, which during interview process we were told "huge company, successful, large balance sheet". Lack of communication during furlough. The furlough conversations with team members rated on the highest level of unprofessionalism by CEO and VP's.
