      Pros

      I really feel like my voice is heard here, and I cannot say that with other companies that I have worked for in managerial positions. The team, the product, the culture are all 1st class. This is NOT a job for the lazy though... HF is fast-paced and will keep you on your toes. They really have created an open and honest environment where you can challenge yourself and grow within this organization.

      Cons

      As referenced above, the fast pace and constant change is not a great fit for everyone. You have to roll with the punches and be flexible. Those who need a lot of structure and direction will struggle in this environment.

      This company is amazing! Fast paced yet nimble. A genuine feeling of being cared about from the most senior leadership on down.. Work hard and make a great living. Its the place everyone in the aesthetics world wants to work! I receive calls all the time from former co-workers asking if we are hiring. I feel blessed every morning when I wake up to know that I am a part of this great organization. 3 steps- 30 minutes-best skin of your life! Easiest thing I have ever sold. Best organization I've ever been a part of.

      If you aren't comfortable working for a fast growing company, thinking on your feet, and able to pivot quickly when needed, this isn't for you.

      Good device - bad leadership

      Weekly pay, monthly breakfast, health benefits

      Cons

      No direction. Leadership changes their mind so often that employees do not know the changes and are impacted heavily due to quick decisions. Mangers are arrogant or sit in their offices all day ; ( without providing leadership or guidance to teams) nor do they not understand company motto “one team” Sales teams get frustrated and that is why the turnover is high. Seems to be to a lot of politics and unnecessary behavior from management a lot times when the focus should building company culture and a unstoppable brand.
