As I approach a two year anniversary with HydraFacial I like to reflect on how appreciative this company is of their employees. This is by far the best culture I have been around as no outstanding effort goes unnoticed. With the rate this company is growing, so are there employees! Aside from employee experience, working for HydraFacial has opened my eyes to the skin industry, allowing me to gain new experiences and exposures. Due to that, I am always willing to learn more, never forced. So lucky to be part of such an amazing organization.

Cons

Lots of room for growth but the company tends to look outside for management roles.
