Great product, ability to make your own schedule, provides employee benefits.

Cons

Low salary, low commissions, no training, company was bought out and new owners are lying about commissions, senior staff members sell into your territory, company plays favorites, Reviews are poor for a reason!

The facials are very soothing.

Cons

Long meetings with little or no outcome. Little communication between departments. Pay is much lower than the market average. Lack of some benefits that other companies offer.
