Most coworkers were easy to get along with.

Cons

Hired through agency that was supposed to last 3 month probationary, yet lasted much longer. Training was no thorough and expectations were high.

Every day yields an entire new adventure! This place keeps you on your toes! The company is growing quickly, so you definitely need to be able to keep up. The opportunities for growth is undoubtedly a huge perk to being with a growing company. Not to mention the amazing treatments and the amazing teams we get to work with. Management implements an open door policy and are transparent when dealing with employees. They are fair and reasonable in their approach and also very fun to interact with. There's also an abundance of resources made available to make our jobs easier. The company hosts regular events not only for customers, but also the employees, which I truly appreciate. The company also openly acknowledges the accomplishments and performance of their employees which is incredible and very motivating.

Wonderful Aesthetic Capital Equipment that offers amazing services.

Cons

The pay is horrible for the aesthetic industry and this is a top service in the industry right now but paying their employees is at the bottom. The company is making milllons. They will tell you they are just new and growing and they can’t raise you or promote well from within for hard work. The cons is that they are cons and they don’t look at good people who deserve the best. They will work you like a dog and make you travel for no money and it’s not worth it.
