Either really really good or truly horrid

Pros

Good benefits, excellent health care and wellness options, very family oriented (except with regards to hours), truly caring HR group. EHS people that really care and want to do the right things.

Cons

Hours stink if you work at a 24/7 facility because they mostly do 12 hour shifts and a 4/3/3/4 or 5/2/2/5. Meaning you work every other weekend. Not sure where they get people in upper management at the branches from? Sending in box tops?? Top level guy at the Cottage Grove facility has the personality of a porcupine with hemorrhoids. When he deems to talk to underlings it is usually about how it really is just their fault for not trying harder to get the communication he didn't make. This is an ok place to start, but plan on moving on pretty quickly if you aren't one of the "chosen". It will be painfully obvious if you aren't one of that group.

FAKE REVIEWS

Pros

Nothing, this place is awful, run away while you can

Cons

Everything, this place is run by narcissists throughout the company, HR, etc. There are a overwhelming amount of fake reviews. Seriously go through and look at all the reviews that put nothing or none for cons. I don't care how much you love a job, there's bound to be something the company can improve on. It's really sad and pitiful that they think the younger generation is going to buy this, and believe what a great company this is. They should know that's a HUGE red flag when companies have tons and tons pf positive reviews with not even one con!!! Laughable HR department, try harder next time.

Pros

Good entry level training and experience. A variety of different equipment to learn on and no major backlash for making mistakes.

Cons

This place is extremely dangerous. They hire people with education levels that aren't sufficient for the materials they are handling. I left the company due to a genuine fear that I would be involved in an explosion. I am still friends with people that work at the company and there have been several small incidents since I left but no major ones. I strongly believe it is only a matter of time until one occurs.
