      Growing business and nice facilities

      Cons

      No room for growth within the company, instead you just get added responsibilities that you don't get compensated for. Do more for the same pay and THEN have your hours cut.

      Pros

      Hydro-Gear is right in the middle of small-town America, and the pride and culture of the company reflect this. The culture is one of the more positive I've worked in, and everyone in the company knows each other.

      Cons

      The industry is prone to down-turns and with only one business, you have to realize your tied to the cycles.

      Pros

      I work in the Test Lab and it is very laid back and no one is breathing down your neck all the time. If I worked in production this review would be a lot different.

      Cons

      No clear way to move up, and I feel that I do not have as much incentive whenever I train to stay with the company.
