      Leadership has good vision for the continued success of this company. Good hours and good people to work with.

      Cons

      Cannot really see a clear path for advancement. Not exactly a horrible thing but I would like a little better feeling of what I needed to do to move up.

      Solid company with a large majority of market share. Fair pay, very nice facility, team environment.

      Biggest issue is growth, since they have a large market share, it's difficult to grow.
