      A good amount of overtime throughout the year, good benefits, climate controlled work area, chances for advancement.

      Nice people, very easy work,

      Cons

      Standing all day with only 10 min break! After lunch, no break until time to clock out! Feet hurt, legs hurt.... No going to restroom without asking permission, and asking too often is frowned upon.. makes life difficult when you are a woman and need to discreetly take care of monthly business. Too many Saturday's...people need to enjoy their weekends!

      Pros

      Great place to work. I really enjoyed working there. The people are very nice and professional. There is a lot of talent in the engineering department and front office. Management is great, and they help out a lot. Everyone is smart and hard working. I was very lucky to start working at this facility for my first job.

      Cons

      It is a larger company in a small town. It is growing, but perhaps a little too fast. Will I was working there it seemed understaffed at times.
