They communicate with their employees very well. We are provided with the tools we need. Everyone gets along and our supervisors are friendly and thoughtful.

We often have to work in the sun.

Pros

Lots of freedom. There is a lot of time to yourself and not many bosses over your shoulder. Company is growing pretty fast and management is pretty awesome. Get to sightsee a lot of different areas around the country.

Cons

Lots of time away from home and away from your family. There is driving policies that differ from department to department. Not a uniform driving program set up. There is a inventive program set up but it seems pretty difficult to achieve going from project to project. It seems more hit & miss than benefiting a employee that puts forth a consistent quality effort on a daily basis.

Pros

Hydromax USA has mile long list full of pros to working with them but I would say my top 3 are the opportunity to explore and interact with the people and places the job takes me. Learning about water infrastructure that is essential to life as we know it, and being able to contribute to it one way or another would be my second pro. My third pro would be the challenge this company provides me. If your not challenged your not growing I always say.

Cons

The only cons I can think of are things I would consider, "nature of the beast". Weather of all extremes can be a tough hurdle for some.
