The company provides a generous a compensation package (hourly rate, PTO/sick time/benefits, etc.), especially for someone with only an educational background in the field and no physical experience in the HR world. My supervisor is very understanding in regards to the lack of experience and strives to make our team better through training and other teachable moments. My supervisor, along with the CEO, is also very flexible with our team and understands the importance of family. The office environment is great, not everyone can say that they know the CEO of their company and interacts with them often. The company overall is great. In the 6 months that I have worked for Hydromax USA I have not only gained knowledge in my field but also the services that our company provides. Hydromax USA is a great company if you are starting off in the line of work. They are able train employees and promote from within, which provides not only job security but also promotes a positive work environment.

From the first day I started working at Hydromax USA everyone has been helpful, friendly. Hydromax USA is a company I can see myself retiring from. With their constant growth and 401K matching it allow me to do so. I have been with the company for over a year and I still get excited to come to work.
