I work with some great people and management in my case has always worked with me and as long as you come in and do your best and don't complain about everything you will be fine.

Cons

I really don't have anything bad to say about working here. Advancement will take time and dedication to achieve.

Pros

Hydromax USA allows employees to make a difference in the communities we serve. The gas group keeps communities safe, the water group keeps the most precious resource safely flowing, and the wastewater group keeps waterways clean and the sewers flowing.

Cons

Some hiccups with onboarding and HR, but the processes are being improved daily.

Pros

Good pay and benefits Simple work, my little brother could do it. Work van, paid drive time Easy to get OT.

Cons

They cut hours in winter. Can be dramatic depending on which area you work in. Work with sewer lines so it can get a little messy. Don’t come here if you’re easily gross out. Hard on the back a lot of bending over and crawling. Not a career job. Tech is the highest you go and pay is 25 for them.
