Pros

Growing rapidly so there are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement. In general, the managers have a lot of experience in the industry and make this a fun place to work. I feel like I matter and am not treated like a number. No place is perfect, but this is a great place to work.

Cons

It is busy and we don't have enough workers, just like everywhere, so there is a good bit of overtime. I guess that's a pro and a con?

Pros

Nice to be independent and not have someone looking over your shoulder. Management is pretty flexible with scheduled hours. Overtime is basically unlimited. Monthly bonuses and take home vehicle are perks. Pay and benefits have steadily gotten way better over the years. There is opportunity to grow - most of our managers started as technicians in the field.

Cons

Working outdoors is not for the faint of heart. Work life balance can sometimes be difficult to maintain.
