Teammates are very helpful and give great feedback to help learn from. Making mistakes are encouraged to help learn. Management is pretty great and easy to talk too about anything. Lots of opportunities for further training while working and to help further your career. Many advancement opportunities with Hyland as well. Feels like a company that you can work at for years.
