Free lunch , good place to grow . The people are great.

Cons

Management meets to be more open to manufacturing suggestions. No organization, everything is on the fly with no planning which hemorrhages money.

Free lunch, unlimited PTO (if you can ever get to use it), cutting edge idea

Cons

Work you to death - 60/70 hr work weeks, VP level is all talk - Machiavellian behaviors and incapable of making decisions, No real leaders (good engineers make bad leaders..this summarizes the company), Management expectations for work are unreasonable. False sense of team leads to extreme competition and backstabbing.
