Pros

The opportunity to work on something that will change the world for the better is a rare thing. Pair that with being inspired by some of the best and brightest in their respective fields and you have a recipe for a dream job and company. To top it off, Hyperloop One offers great perks and benefits including delicious lunches and snacks.

Cons

If you aren't the type of person that likes breaking new ground this isn't the company for you. Many of the processes are still being ironed out but that happens at any entrepreneurial venture.

Pros

So Exciting! I love that I have the opportunity to build something completely new and that I have the opportunity to bring creative solutions to solve an exciting and important challenge. The team here is smart and self motivated. Senior Management shows a lot of respect and appreciation to the team, many people go above and beyond here, and it is clear that it isn't taken for granted. Awesome Mission The opportunity to see your ideas come to reality Real Responsibility at all levels Growing Team and Opportunity to Advance Fair Compensation and meaningful Equity Cool and Productive Coworkers Fun Team Building Activities Trainer Two Days a week, Free Lunch, Snacks

Cons

It's a startup, so you have to be able to roll with changes. This can stress some people out, but I wouldn't have it any other way! Whenever you are doing something new, there is learning as the project progresses, and so flexibility to change is necessary to the success of the project!
