Horrible employment experience! They manage employees with threats and negative interactions. This is the worst company - highly recommend staying away. They have been known to call out employees over company email and copy the entire sales floor. They are only concerned with the number of phone calls you make and they send out a call report five to ten times per day. They are not concerned with the quality of the calls, only the quantity. The company only offers employees five days of vacation. Any company incurred fees on behalf of a sale is taken directly out of your commissions. They don't offer any sales tracking so you get what you get on your commission check and if you have a complaint you won't get far. They have been threatened with legal action by employees until they paid what they owed. All they did is admit their guilt. There is a huge conflict of interest within management and HR. Just be aware. The very worst experience you will have ever been a part of. Anyone that says otherwise is falsely representing the company. Everything in this review is 100% factual!!

Upper management above sales, purchasing, etc made promises that never intended to keep. Salaries were being lowered without warrant. Had 'level 1' Mgmt work on projects & never followed thru then sales reps, managers etc were reprimanded for not doing jobs or hitting quotas/goals. Had constant meetings to discuss plans of splitting from Canada and would put actions in to place yet no support/backup was done and then reprimanded when tasks weren't comolete with no direction. So convuluted.
