Cons
This startup is very challenging and exhausting. They do not seem to care about employees happiness, only what they can get out of you. A lot of politics and they never will pay well or what your value is. Very unprofessional at times. There are never company lunches, snacks, bonuses or fun events. Everyone is underpaid. Communication is poor, hardly ever company updates which are key in a startup environment. There is a thick separation between departments. Management does not seem to care. Leaders are very young, who just graduated and are not professional or experienced enough to be managers.
