Wired HR Policies ( 3 times salary deduction for 1 day - If service is below 1 yr) - which is against the law of Land(UAE) HR here means Deducted whatever possible from Employees No Support from Top Management Higher management doesnt bother about working hours. (Employees works for 10-12 hours without Over time - Other than warehouse) - Against the law of Land (UAE) Different treatment for Koreans & Different for Others Big Salary Difference between Korean employees (Other than Management) & other employees Different criteria to evaluate the performance (Not at all based on Achievements and hard work) HMC Employee Survey & Other surveys of no USE as never seen the results
