Cannot think of anything...really... Maybe good if you are a military type of person. (But really with this amount of benefit? Run while you can...)

Cons

Micro controlling ppl. Treating workers as kindergarten kids. Not worth a second to stay. Horrible work environment. Insane security which doesnt even work well but only make you insanely hard to work.

Place where you can see a well organized manufacturing system. It has lot to learn and my period as an intern in the company gave me a well paced learning experience that can be co-related to the Engineering Principles. Great place to work with and learn

Cons

Long working hours and very strenous duty.

Good benefits (Free night at Haevichi resort in Jeju, good pay for Korean standard) Work is fairly structured (Role within the HMC group is well defined) Good Work-life balance if you're an engineer (Although some spend close to 14 hours a day in the office)

Cons

Too often the top managements are replaced with someone from within the HMC group Typical Hyundai bureaucracy could be annoying Not a very diverse environment
