Pros

1. Able to quickly climb up the ladder, provided that one is simply diligent. 2. Discount on Hyundai and/or Kia vehicles is rather nice. 3. You learn a lot....and quickly as well.

Cons

1. Long work hours. Basically, expect working overtime (60-70 hours total at least) and Saturdays to be"mandatory". 2. Myriad of inefficient upper managements who know how to do absolutely nothing, except finger pointing. 3. Salary is mediocre; I heard that Mobis in Korea pays really well, but considering American standards, I will say at least sub par. 4. Work culture clash; Korean managers not willing to listen to Americans at all.

Cons

Bureaucracy, bureaucracy among middle manager to upper management (guess this is common in Auto industry) People who perform often get passed for promotion Senority based promotion system. Demotivating for young, enthusiastic people
