Overall Hyve is an outdated company with bad upper management -95% of Management are nothing more than messengers and only push issues which are customer demands/personal issues. They lack the ability to foster a team and actually lead. - Hyve saves company money by cutting employee corners whether that's less-than-average wages or resources for teams. - Hyve's in-house manufacturing system leads to more problems than not. - "culture" can be boiled down to performative actions to look good on paper

- "Unlimited" PTO where managers will only approve up to 10-15 days - Security measures higher than defense contractor companies to protect customer assets at cost of employee working conditions - High emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion - Free food on certain holidays

Cons

- Salary and benefits are lower than comparable companies in the location; will not pay you for what you are actually worth - Will be required to be on-site for remote work (i.e, being on the computer, Teams meetings) - Upper management will shrug off any reasonable complaints - Will be asked to do "cross-functional" work or "wear multiple hats" (i.e, the work that belongs to other teams/departments)

Individual contributors work together very well.

Cons

Management level is disaster. They don't appreciate contribution from their team members but only care about their own promotion. When issues comes, they always point finger. A lot of politics. If I could, I would give negative start to senior management level.
