Where do I begin? The CEO should put more effort into paying more attention to all employees, not just upper management. They need to rethink their business strategies and realize that government contracts that are in place are not going to grow the business the way our ecomony is today. They should hire another account manager/ business development manager and not leave it up to just one person to handle. The director of recruiting should be replaced, absolutley no background in staffing/recruiting/DOD/ or anything related. STOP making the recruiters miserable by wasting 2-6 hours at a time on formatting each resume you send over to a client. That may increase your volume of candidate submittals to clients, and also increase your hires/profits. Every employee working here is absolutley miserable, don't work here, you'll regret it. This company has the hightest turnover I have ever been employed with.
