      Everyone at this company works hard and treats each other with respect

      Pros

      Management is involved. Teresa Porter cares about everyone at the company. It is a family environment. I like the team environment and the support I get from my co-workers. My manager is also flexible on my hours if I have a personal obligation as long as I make up the hours.

      Cons

      Company is growing and sometimes it can be chaotic

      Small company that is not sure how to grow

      Pros

      - Small woman owned business status gives it "some" access to government contracts. - Part of mentor-protege program with Lockheed-Martin "should" give them access to growth contracts and DoD market segments.

      Cons

      - Management has no clue how to grow out of being a "temp/resource" to the prime contractor that they have partnered with. - Once managements decides they cannot get something from you, they will drop/ignore you. - This is a paycheck, not a career opportunity.

      Pros

      There are very few pro's to working here. ..but they do offer free soda.

      Cons

      Horrible Management. Mid/senior management does not take responsibility for unsuccessful project and the "blame" game is very active. Poor benefits including lack of a 401K program, no advancement opportunities
