no real consistent direction from leadership, hypocritical return to office policy, little if any HR support for managers

Pros

A perfect place to start and learn everything foundational and grow each day. It is a humungous organisation with multi fold learning possibilities all around. The core of the organisation is its culture which is distinctively different from almost all players especially the new entrants. That culture will keep you going when you embrace it the right way

Cons

Being too big comes with its own downsides. One has to do their job and probably a bit more to be what you want to be. There wont be spoon-feeding but look around for those helping hands. One can get lazy if they choose to. But thats about it.
