Pros

Open, collaborative, transparent. The value and culture are most attractive. Then the career and learning path - always work with the fresh mindsets, methods, tools and best practice.

Cons

Business direction may be confusing and don't know who to talk with and how to change.

Pros

The Austin Design Studio is a good space filled with good designers.

Cons

Twenty straight quarters of declining revenues (as of Aug 2017), thus lots of reductions, attrition and not a great overall environment. Plus, it's a highly complex organization that breeds in-fighting and politics to a higher degree than other tech companies.
