Pros

A clear vision has been set and IBM continues its aggressive transformation to be the preeminent cognitive business.

Cons

With any major transformation there is a period of uncertainty which causes stress in the system. This stress has had an impact in the past on employee moral, but that is changing significantly and the outlook is much brighter.

Pros

Exciting projects and things happening with the organisation.

Cons

You need to drive your own career projection. Found it difficult to get placed on a project, particularly if you're not in a growth market. Constant redundancies, where some made no sense. Some bullying. A lot of people are "old tech" rather than "new tech".
