      Culture of Clique's, Nepotism, Fear and Secrecy

      Pros

      Clean, safe workplace with an opportunity to help students who wouldn't otherwise have a place in higher education.

      Cons

      They've operated like a small family business for many years and still have that mentality but want to play like they're in the big leagues which makes it a difficult environment to try to navigate. Juvenile behavior by CEO and Management.

While we are a locally and family owned company, we are proud to employ more than 300 people within our campus cities of Colorado Springs, Greeley, Fort Collins, Longmont, CO and Cheyenne, WY, and to have graduated close to 7,000 students in our 30 years of providing life-changing career training.       They are really flexible, and the location is one of the best

      Cons

      They have low salary and the management is one of the worst.

      They were very nice people to work for, I enjoyed my time there.

      Sometimes the late hours (when the school closed at night) was hard at times.
