      Hard work but it's worth it

      Pros

      Seeing the positive change in students when they really start believing they can reach their goals! Career colleges get a bad rap but this place is run ethically from what I can tell. They really care about their students and will do whatever they can to help them succeed. Also I'm not sure what another reviewer said about it being male-dominated - there are many women in top and middle-management roles (at least 50/50 if not more) so that comment is confusing... Anyway, the schedule can be tough and teaching can be exhausting but it is SO worth it for these amazing students.

      Cons

      Like I said, not having a set schedule every term can be a little hard, but you have choices. There can also be a lot of extra outside time prepping for new classes but...that's being a teacher. Gotta be prepared to step into that classroom, no matter how much time it takes.

      Decent pay for adjuncts but...

      Pros

      As an adjunct instructor, you can choose to accept or decline classes to teach per term. Most instructors and staff are very helpful and nice.

      Cons

      Pay is decent but for adjuncts, you do not got paid until the term is done -- meaning, after 5 weeks.

      Great working atmosphere and great people

      Pros

      The office is very nice and all of the people are so friendly. Everyone is genuinely concerned with the students success and creating a great educational environment. Great opportunity for everyone to advance, lots of high level, successful women in this company, and men. Privately owned by caring people. great place to work, or instruct. Ideas are welcomed.

      Cons

      Compensation is average Office environment. If not on campus Travel between campus
