      This company puts up a good front on caring about the employees and students but they don't.

      Pros

      Hours are the best thing there.

      Cons

      Male dominated, women have no chance of advancement. LOW pay. Considering what students pay in tuition the pay sucks. Experience means nothing if your a female.

      Pros

      IBMC offers its employees tons of resources and opportunities to grow within the company. The mentors and leadership put in place take the time and energy to encourage you to reach your full potential and give you freedom to express your own ideas. Also, being a small business, the owners work right alongside their employees and really care about them and the students they help every day.

      Cons

      Being a small company, your salary might not be as big as if you were working at a national corporation. But they do pay their employees fairly and try to offer raises and other compensation every year to the best of their ability.

      Terrible Company to work for..

      Pros

      Watching the students grow and learn to become what they have set their goals to.

      Cons

      Micro-managed and care more about how many students they move through the school, regardless if the students can or have the necessary skills. Instructors are like revolving doors, they are used and then thrown out if you dare fail a student.
