Fun atmosphere, fun perks, beautiful facility

Cons

Lower pay than industry standard, good and bad managers depending on the department you're in. No maternity leave program. If you leave on maternity you have to use up all your PTO and you have to take short term disability, which only pays 60% of your normal salary for 6 weeks, the other 6 you get no pay.
