      Pros

      I’ve promoted to multiple jobs across different departments over the years with ICCU. In my experience most teams have a good culture and leaders who care about you on a both a professional and personal level. Co-workers are friendly benefits are good. The facilities are great.

      Cons

      There are definitely some bad apples in upper management and you notice it when you transfer to a team with poor leadership or away from one. It seems like the culture that is so heavily emphasized credit union wide only applies to some teams. ICCU’s recent pursuit of growth has led to an even more noticeable lack of culture. The lack of remote work opportunities has also caused a large a lot of good team members to leave.
