Pros
They recruit awesome people! The work is generally fun and upper management seems to have a good vision for the company. ICCU also has great banking products.
Cons
I've worked in a few departments and I will say there are some good middle- managers and some not so good ones. The pay used to be lagging a bit but they recently raised it for everyone in addition to our quarterly raises, which I was very impressed by. Also moving more offices to the Boise location. There isn't really a coherent career path for people in the Boise branches other then middle management positions. Pocatello seems to have more opportunities for career growth. Rules on personal appearance (tatoos/piercings etc) seem to be overly harsh but I personally don't have any so it doesn't effect me.

Pros
I have worked many jobs and this is the first job that I have actually really felt appreciated and celebrated for successes! They pay us a very competitive wage and give GREAT Christmas presents! :-) There is SO much room for growth and development at ICCU, they encourage us to always be learning and growing and moving up!
Cons
I feel some positions are poorly paid compared to some other positions! I have been in 3 different positions here at ICCU and in my recent position I feel I actually do less work and get paid more than in my last position and I feel that is very unfair and wrong! That is my only complaint! I mean.. I am happy to be in my current position.. I love it.. but I do not feel it is ok for the team I was last on!!
