I know some people have a hard time with the entry level exams but as long as you can pass the Talent + and do well in interviews I'm sure you'll do fine.

I absolutely love my current team at ICCU. The employees that stay long term are hardworking, kind people. The culture is fabulous when you get with the right team. It can take a moment to find that, however. The company starting pay for member service specialist is good and raises are easy to obtain when first starting. My managers are excellent at managing our team and culture. I really can say I enjoy coming to work. I have met some of my very best friends here. My life has improved dramatically since working here.

Cons

The pay for what I'm doing doesn't feel competitive. Loan officers in branch generate so much revenue, but I don't believe my hourly pay reflects all that I am required to know/remember/and represent on the branch side. I also feel that when you're far from an MSC, your growth opportunities are limited. My career path is pretty limited to branches. If I don't want to be in management, what options are there for me?
