Fun gifts and celebrations, great benefits, super fun community outreach.

Cons

You can loose a raise for not meeting quotas even if your close or have done a stellar job. They are very pushy about numbers even if someone has said no you made to feel like you should have pushed harder. They push culture but so often it feels toxic and negative in branch. Also open late and on weekends, kinda sucks for making plans and having a life outside work.
